‍Easy Creamy Coleslaw

‍Not everyone likes vinegar coleslaw as much as I do so here is an easy recipe for creamy coleslaw that is always a hit.

‍Ingredients

‍1/2 cup mayonnaise

‍1/4 cup sugar or Splenda

‍2 Tablespoons milk or half-and-half

‍2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

‍1/4 teaspoon salt

‍1/4 teaspoon pepper

‍1/2 teaspoon celery seeds (optional)

‍1 (10 oz bag) coleslaw mix or finely grated cabbage

‍

‍Directions

• Combine all ingredients except coleslaw mix in a small bowl and combine well.
• Add the coleslaw mix to a large bowl, pour in the dressing mix, and toss to coat.
• Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
